Free Worldwide (above €99) | 3 to 5 working days
EU & UK - Flat €7.99 (upto €99) | 3 to 5 working days
Denmark - Flat 70 DKK (upto 999 DKK) | 3 to 5 working days
Norway - Flat 90 NOK (upto 999 NOK) | 3 to 5 working days
USA, CAN, AUS, ROW - €7.99 (upto €99) | 5 to 7 working days
Customs:
Customs Free limit as per countries
USA - Custom and Taxes are not included
Norway & EU - Custom and VAT is included in Price
AUS - Custom and Taxes are included upto 1000 AUD* order value
UK - No Customs upto 135 GBP (2.5% from 135 - 630 GBP)* . VAT is the responsibility of customer (not included in price).
Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by IKON SWEDEN, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. In the event that your order does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order. In the event of non-delivery of your order, we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date.

Processing and Delivery times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days in normal circumstances depending on the product availability and then shipped. Orders are not shipped, processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery time is 3-10 working day after processing depending upon the location.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Uncollected Packages:
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by the IKON SWEDEN
